Housing development in La Courneuve (Seine-Saint-Denis), part of the Chabrol block (Nova Green scheme) developed by OGIC on a former industrial wasteland. Designed by Equator Architecture, the scheme brings together 192 for-sale and social housing units, a retail space and a park at the heart of the block, with vegetated roofs. 3D visualization by BOCO Studio.
