Conversion of a former parking structure into an urban micro-farm and renovation of two residential buildings on avenue Émile de Béco in Ixelles (Brussels), for a private client, designed by CM Architectes Associés. The scheme takes the buildings from three to eight dwellings and sets an urban farm with educational spaces on the ground floor, developed with Green Nest. The project covers around 2,500 sqm in the heart of a Brussels city block.
