Competition entry for a municipal depot, car park, offices and public garden in Ghent, by evr-architecten (with Terwecoren Verdict and Grue) for the City of Ghent. It stacks large logistics volumes and unfolds a public garden as an "urban balcony" at the junction between city and harbour.
