Renovation of 46 social-housing units on an occupied site in Auderghem (1160), Brussels. A competition-winning project by the Multiple and fp architectes practices. The transformation improves comfort, energy performance and residents' quality of life; the new dark-green ceramic façade blends into the wooded setting (near the Sonian Forest) and reinforces the building's durability. Delivered — provisional acceptance on 13 February 2026.
