A collective housing development designed by Equator Paris Architecture on avenue Joffre in Épinay-sur-Seine, north of Paris. The scheme gathers around sixty apartments with hand-molded brick facades, extended by balconies, terraces and private gardens. 3D visualization by BOCO Studio.
